Paul Sohn is a Managing Director of Credit, with oversight over underwriting and portfolio management at Hercules.

Previously, Paul was a Principal at Medley Management, a credit asset manager, focused on originating, underwriting, and managing investments for the direct lending, corporate credit, and tactical opportunities groups.

Prior to Medley, he spent over six years at LStar Capital, credit affiliate of Lone Star Funds, focused on investments in opportunistic credit strategies. Paul also held prior roles in credit restructuring at CIT Group and investment banking at Cowen and Company.

Paul received a BS in business administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
