Subha Menon joined Hercules in December 2019 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller and is based out of the San Mateo, CA office. She brings over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience primarily in venture debt, venture equity, asset management and other financial services industries. She is responsible for financial accounting, SEC reporting, valuations, treasury, financial planning and taxes at Hercules.

Prior to joining Hercules, Subha was the VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Kleiner Perkins (a venture equity firm), Controller at TriplePoint Capital (a venture debt financing firm) and head of SEC reporting at Xoom (a division of PayPal). Prior to moving to California in 2013, she spent 8 years at Fidelity Investments in Boston and Bangalore (India) in various roles including leading the asset management accounting function. Subha is a Certified Public Accountant (California).
