Gregory K. Roth joined the company as a Managing Director in July, 2007. Mr. Roth is focused on investments in later stage venture and lower middle market companies. He has over 19 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Roth was an investment banker with firms including Credit Suisse, RBC and Piper Jaffray. He has completed a variety of technology financing and advisory transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $25 billion. Mr. Roth earned his M.B.A. at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his B.A. from Brown University. |
